Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to combine multiple materials (such as ashes from two loved ones, or hair alongside flower petals). Small, pea-sized amounts are generally all we need, and we will handle each inclusion with extreme care

Because every inclusion is natural and unique, no two stones are ever identical. For ash pieces, we blend a delicate pearl-white shimmer to highlight the texture, (unless a colour is chosen from our colour selection).

Yes! Most of our designs can be customized with your choice of tint or background shimmer. Simply choose from our range of colours. If you have a completely unique design in mind, email us directly. We’d love to help create your dream piece.

We recommend ordering a low-cost ring sizer online or stopping by a local jewellery store for a quick, precise measurement. If you’ve already placed an order and need time to get sized, just let us know as soon as possible. There are no refunds for incorrect sizes selected

Our standard crafting turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions at our studio. Processing times can vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume, but we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Your jewellery is water-resistant against everyday splashes, like light rain or washing your hands. However, to preserve the longevity of the stone and metal finish, we recommend removing your piece before showering, swimming, or using harsh household chemicals. Every order includes a detailed care card and micro-fiber polishing cloth.
